In instances where the postage costs considerably less than a customer has paid (cost of postage combined with shipping costs incl packaging), we will offer a partial refund.

VINTAGE RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item, we must receive written confirmation within 48 hours of delivery quoting your order number and reason
for returning your purchase. This can all be managed via Etsy if you have purchased through the Etsy shop.
We will then provide our returns address for you to send your purchase to, you will then have 10 working days to get your return to us.
Medley Vintage is not responsible for the safe return of an order and we recommend using a tracked and signed for service.

Upon receipt of return, we will inspect the item and then issue your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deduct funds from the refund if the garment is not returned in the original condition sent in.
