The Duet Ruffle is a pleated neckpiece which can be worn either side. On one is dark corduroy base cloth printed with contrast pink roses, the other is a ditsy red floral cotton. The pleated ruffle edge is in the same ditsy red floral. Ties with a black velvet ribbon.
